The boy cried, “Papa, my finger is hurting.” Papa looked up and said, “I am busy. Go away. I can’t do anything.” The little boy whimpered and said, “Papa, you could have said, Oh!”
Yes, we all can at least say ‘oh’ or ‘ouch’ to show our sympathy to one who is hurt, if we cannot do anything else.
